19:54:14 From Alison Gaffney : Yes - like the pick and choose idea👏👏
19:54:48 From Lindsay Trevarthen : I’m 70, so perhaps I've passed that now…

19:55:29 From Michelle SaaRa : my cat brings mice in then let's them go
19:55:34 From Appreciative Rob and the cat Kalmar : Or a sorting hat?
19:56:32 From Kathy Labrum McVitti4ze : @Ann we have chosen between otter shrew, inemarten and weasel
19:56:38 From Rachael Halliday : A hedgehog of destiny!
20:32:51 From Norma To All Panelists : Fell asleep
20:32:54 From Red : I ate a beetle and an ant. And had a good chat with shrew. Enjoyed myself.
20:32:57 From Miranda : Good to see Blue. I did eat a birds egg and scoffed the egg... then I really wanted to stay in that little nest and have a real sleep.
20:33:02 From Rachel : pine marten lives fully in a 360° world, so fast, so focused. No concept of happy/unhappy, purely living in the moment. 🙏
20:33:05 From fae : Well i got as far as starting to shapeshifter into pine martin, not sure whether i did or not but i suddenly heard Jason bringing us back to ourselves, I didn’t even hear the drum. Well I’ll see what my dreams bring.
20:33:30 From karen S : unfortunately I dosed when the animals were being described, so found it difficult to connect with weasel, although I just had the sense of being in the undergrowth
20:33:42 From Charlotte Knaggs : Took me a good while to shapeshift into shrew, felt sleepy, but then I got a real sense of being very tiny and the undergrowth being incredibly huge. I scurried quickly between stems and stalks and roots and leaves and I was single minded about biting, and killing and eating anything I could. I was all about taking every single opportunity and not wasting any chance. I was being overlooked by nearly everything, and underestimated - foolish creatures. Especially rat!
20:34:03 From Rachel h : A shrew rollercoaster. A message of keeping it simple, simple pleasures. Relevant to my current situation with lots of learning. Crazy aura images of the eco, location.
20:34:06 From Appreciative Rob and the cat Kalmar : As an otter I swam and flipped. Might also have slept a bit.
20:34:17 From Appreciative Rob and the cat Kalmar : As an otter slept
20:34:18 From Fausta DiMascio : Hugely aware of all the sights and smells around me. The speed with which I took in all that was around me was amazing. Balanced on a branch up a tree – stunning view. Really mindful
20:34:41 From Fausta DiMascio : massive energy
20:35:19 From Zoom user To All Panelists : Otter- playful , swimming through water. Loved feeling of freedom of moving through water. Saw so much under the water. Lying on my back looking up at clouds. Wonderful freedom of bring in water
20:35:26 From Fausta DiMascio : rolled in the grass in the sun - such peace
20:35:34 From Eileen : Weasel, running, hunting, eating. In the Flow. Powerful silky movements. Felt every little claw. New Moon Energy.
20:35:48 From Lesley : Shrew - feeling of speed, focus and groundedness.
20:35:54 From Miranda : At one moment as I was climbing a pine tree I suddenly fell forward in reality and opened my eyes on the blue sky...but then I was back climbing that Pine tree. At one point I did jump and enjoyed swinging on the other pine needled branch.
20:36:14 From Karen Bateman-Pearson : I felt the body of pine marten, scampered up trees, ate an egg, with my paws, went down through the bracken to the water's edge and found a snail, asked pine marten to show me how they move, seemed very quick journey as call back seemed to come very soon after, will see what comes up in my dreams- thank you
20:36:16 From Alison Gaffney : I enjoyed the forest and was welcomed into the body of shrew - I remember coming across a beetle and sense of strange sound but then strange dream like images and kept trying to stay awake until the drum called me back - so a sleepy journey and will return again ...
20:36:20 From Kathy Labrum McVitti4ze : A summary of what being Shrew taught me is this poem:
Let now be the time;/Let here be the place;/Let speed be my grace;/ Let quick be my rhyme. .... I pulled at a very juicy worm that had fed on cherry leaves (cherry is important to this Kathy I intend now to use the things I've already "stored for later" ... my poetry ideas and journal
20:36:22 From Kim : I shifted in shrew and felt small and eating was the most important thing. but paralysing it and storing it.
20:36:28 From Gemma Bevan : I was a pine marten fishing in the river and pulling ants out of stones. I could still make out my face reflecting back in the water at me in the face of the pine marten. I had a sleep in a tree hollow and basked in the moonlight at night.
20:36:39 From Fausta DiMascio : I was pine marten
20:37:12 From Rachael Halliday : I was lithe and my body felt almost fluid, no aching bones! My power was the joy of movement and sharp eyes always alert to movement, the journey beat of the drum wasn’t even fast compared to my heartbeat. it all started out by me marking my human body as my territory!!
20:37:16 From Appreciative Rob and the cat Kalmar : Question: Otter's play ….. is that how they go about their hunting (work)?
20:37:34 From Carol Cupitt Parks : As otter, I found a special stone on the river bottom. It was white with gold veins. I brought it to land and then let it roll back into the river so I could dive in and find it again. I did that several times. It was fun to play.
20:37:39 From Lindsay Trevarthen : I slept on and off, but when awake as shrew was moving swiftly and silently through the undergrowth. Loved the sensation of being very small, but powerful.
20:37:43 From Cheryl Anderson : I chose pine Martin as I entered late. felt free inquisitive and nosey. loved to chase and hunt out all insects creatures qnd birds was all such fun. spontaneous making the most of opportunities
20:38:22 From Karen : pine marten - fearless, nimble and quick running in the trees, sitting scratching, the strong smell of pine.
20:38:43 From Ann : I swam as an otter, slept on my back in the water, held my young, relaxed, peaceful, agile and living in the moment. Stayed in water and very clear view of sea otters in the ocean at one stage. Feeling tense prior to journey, my back seized then muscle relaxed physically. Ate fish, crab and oyster.
20:40:37 From lesley gerrard : Lost internet - dammit. Managed to climb a tree and eat an egg as pinemartin though.
20:42:37 From Annie : I was pine marten. Twirled up a round the pine tree trunk, higher & higher, could feel evening sun on the fur of my back. I chased a squirrel right to the end of the branch. Chased through the meadow, through the gorse. Great fun, then back to a high rocky ledge to rest and observe the surroundings.
20:43:36 From Michelle SaaRa : pine Martin showed me her young and nurturing and playing with them also hunting too
20:44:25 From Ali Broughton : I started well as Shrew, felt small and going very fast through the undergrowth, but then things kept popping in my head from life and I decided to come back to it another time. Thank you though
20:44:45 From Fausta DiMascio : Balance brought with it a sense of freedom and mindful focus - live in the moment
20:45:01 From sheila powell To All Panelists : Had problems with my internet connections so looking forward to watching the replay. What I saw was amazing! Thank you both. Sheila - California.
20:45:14 From Miranda : Thank you so much. Really made me laugh and feel chillaxed!
20:45:19 From Ali Broughton : Thank you, look forward to the replay and a little more quiet here to do so! Thank you
20:45:23 From Charlotte Knaggs : Be fearless and opportunistic and don’t underestimate yourself ~ Shrew
20:48:29 From Pauline ORMEROD : Thankyou for this evening have enjoyed the different perspective of small creatures.
